100 mg DHA 800 mcg Folic Acid* Vegetarian Protein Source With Vitamin B-12 Contains Natural Isoflavones Natural Vanilla Flavor & Ginger Root Powder Suggested Use: Mix one (1) scoop (31 grams) of PreNatal Soy Protein Powder in a shaker or blender with 8 oz of water or your favorite beverage such as non-fat milk.
